Dr Christoph Rüdt of CreaTec, represented by Scanwel in the UK and Ireland, has assembled a presentation of the latest images from the CreaTec low temperature STM/AFM system in its various modes of operation: STM, Dynamic STM and q-plus AFM. We wanted to share these high quality data with Scanwel's customers.
