Scanwel manufacture and distribute vacuum fittings, components and custom systems to high and ultra high vacuum users of deposition and surface analysis equipment. These products continue to find increasing use in research and the expanding electronic industries.

As a result of an expanding product line, we require a skilled machinist to work in our well equipped conventional and cnc machine shop. Knowledge of cnc milling and cnc turning is advantageous but not a requirement as training will be given.

All applicants must be time served tradesmen or women, and be able to work unsupervised to engineering drawings, maintaining high tolerances where required. This is a challenging opportunity to develop your own career in a small, yet rapidly growing business.
