Phoibos
100/150
With the Phoibos series SPECS presents a new generation
of hemispherical analyser ESCA instruments aimed at setting
a new standard in their class.
New approaches and technical solutions lead to instruments
which combine excellent performance and highest reliability
for the largest possible variety of experimental conditions.
The most advanced and sophisticated computer simulations
were used to fully characterise and optimise the electron
optical properties of the analyser and transfer lens.
